The Enhanced Program is aimed at providing quality education and support to current community-based care (CBC) nurses and those who are interested in joining the field.
The Enhanced Program is a 6-month online cohort that provides access to:
1. 30 courses created by CBC nurses for CBC nurses
2. CBC Nurse Connect - a community network that includes:
- Technical Assistance Sessions with CBC nurse mentors
- 1:1 mentorship with CBC nurse mentors
- Technical Assistance Discussion Forums
3. Technical support to address Enhanced Program Participant inquiries, technical issues, or logistical concerns
