The Help Desk is designed to provide timely and effective support to participants in the NurseLearn Education and Support Programs, addressing technical issues and answering queries to ensure a smooth learning experience. It serves as a critical resource for resolving problems and facilitating continuous access to program materials and functions.


Participants can contact us with questions by submitting a ticket through our online support system. To submit your inquiry and receive assistance please submit a ticket here.


Support Availability and Response Times


Support Availability

  • Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM PT
  • Tickets are responded to within 48 hours.
  • Excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Tickets submitted on a Friday or a holiday will be addressed by the next business day.
